Hi, I’m Dr Nina,

a gut health and weight loss nutritionist in Edinburgh, as well as a qualified pharmacist and PhD scientist in organic chemistry. I help people use evidence-based nutrition and realistic lifestyle habits to improve digestion, support energy levels and achieve sustainable weight loss.

When my own health suffered, I took a deep dive into the science of nutrition and discovered how powerful food and lifestyle changes can be.

Improving my own symptoms in this way inspired me to help others better understand their bodies, make informed choices, and build habits that support a healthier, more vibrant life.

I work closely with clients over 12 weeks to help create meaningful changes, not quick fixes. Together we look at your symptoms, health history, lifestyle, stress, food patterns and goals to build a plan that is tailored to you.

  • Both. I mostly work online across the UK, but I offer face-to-face appointments in Edinburgh if you would prefer.

  • We talk briefly about your symptoms, what support you are looking for, and whether I am the right fit to help you.

  • Not always. Recommendations depend on your symptoms, history, and goals. If extra support is appropriate, I will explain your options clearly.

  • Most clients start with a 12-week personalised programme, with different levels of support available. Changes take time, and we usually need at least 12 weeks together to start seeing results.
